LA Creative Concrete has been in business for over 25 years.

  • Are you licensed to work in this area?

    Yes, we are C-8 licensed in California and our license number is #660690.

Process and Disruption

  • Do you offer free estimates?

Yes, we do offer free estimates for our services.

  • How long will the project take from start to finish?

As the duration varies from project to project, we will be better equipped to provide a timeline once we know more about your specific needs. This can be discussed once we get in touch.

  • How will the construction process impact my daily routine?

Depending on the project, there will be little to no impact to your daily routine. If we are working on a driveway then you will have to move your vehicles. If working on any patio, front entrance, or sidewalks, you may need to take alternate walking routes within your home.

  • What measures will you take to minimize disruption to my property?

We will make sure to leave the area clean and in order as it was at the end of the day. Depending on your project and if demolition work is needed, noise levels may be higher than usual.

  • Will there be a project manager or point of contact I can communicate with throughout the project? 

Yes, you will always have someone you can keep in touch with during the project. For these purposes, be sure to call  909-917-5831.

  • Do you have your own crew or do you hire subcontractors?

All of our work is done with our crew. We do not use subcontractors.

Payments and contracts

  • Can you provide a written contract outlining the project scope, costs, and duration of the project?

Yes, all of this information will be provided following our agreement when we get back to you with pricing and details.

  • What is your pricing structure for projects?

We work on a contract basis for our projects.

  • What is your payment schedule? Do you require a deposit?

Our payment schedule is based on work progress and a final payment upon completion. We also require a 10% deposit upon starting the project.

  • Are there any specific care instructions or recommendations for the newly installed features?

The majority of projects will require simple aftercare. Most of the time this means regularly watering your newly completed concrete or simply avoiding walking on the completed area for 3 days. Regardless, we will always make sure you are informed on any precautions or instructions you should be aware of upon your project’s completion.
